The Agritex scaffolding net is a high quality article and is especially appreciated in contexts where human safety is seriously considered. It protects against the accidental fall of rubble, tools or other that could cause danger. Net particularly suitable for use in those restoration sites where a considerable amount of dust is produced following the classic demolition works.
The article allows not to dust the surrounding environment and at the same time allows the passage of air avoiding the sail effect and therefore ensuring greater safety of the scaffolding.
The particular formation of the slots and the technical data sheet that is provided allow the engineer or architect to calculate the wind resistance of the network by the engineer or architect to make the scaffolding usable and therefore a greater awareness that allows you to decide the types of anchoring of the scaffolding to the wall and how many points of fastening the net to the scaffolding itself, facilitating compliance with the regulations (art. 30 DPR January 7, 1956 n.164).
The yarns that intertwined form the net are in HDPE and a particular UV treatment allows prolonged exposure to light while maintaining the technical characteristics.
The warp is a monofilament with diam. of 0.25. A choice dictated by the need to create greater resistance where the network is most stressed.
In fact the monofilament, due to its round section, guarantees a longer duration in the light and a greater breaking load compared to the strip.
On the eyelets it was decided to further increase the section of the monofilament in order to make them more resistant
The roll packaging makes installation on the scaffold easier and quicker: a quick unrolling and the net is ready to be fixed.
We are able to make digital prints on the same network, from a simple logo of any size to the full-scale reproduction of the image of the facade of the building under restoration or renovation, and last but not least, the coat of arms of the province.
